In a remote Muğla village, Gülsüm, a pregnant woman, faces a brewing conflict
All the men have left to work in mines, leaving the women alone and vulnerable. The only person opposing this situation is Gülsüm, a nomadic outsider. Her unconventional lifestyle and beliefs clash with the village's traditions. As tensions rise, the village chief isolates her, forbidding others from interacting with her. With childbirth imminent, she faces a crucial decision: conform to the system or trust in her own instincts and the natural world she holds dear.

ÖNDER ŞENGÜL has been actively working in the film and TV industry since 2001. He has served as a cinematographer on numerous TV series and award-winning films, as well as directing and producing music videos, documentaries, commercials, and experimental short films. His deep interest in cinema has led him to projects that explore the intricate relationships between humans and nature. In 2017 moved to the Kayaköy district of Fethiye, he engages with the local community and young filmmakers and serves as the coordinator of the Practical Film Workshop for high school students. His director's filmography also includes “Lycian Way” (doc.), “Yörük Ali” (doc.), “Ceremony” (short), “Today” (short), etc.
