YURI DOROKHIN is a director and producer. Studied at the department of journalism at the Irkutsk State University. In 1991, he began working as a TV cameraman, was the chief director of the Irkutsk TV company “Aist”. Since 2004 was director, general manager, producer of the REK Studio in Irkutsk. Author of the idea and executive producer of the feature film “Satisfaction” (2010). Winner of the Irkutsk Region Governor Award. Director of the documentary films “Flying” (1990), “Spirits of the Golden Valley” (1991), “Valley of a Thousand Rains” (1992), “The Mood Improved” (2008), “The Drillers Come Next” (2012), “A Long-Distance Sprint Race” (2015), “Baikal Totem” (2017).
