YOU WERE PROMISED TO ME

OVANES OVANESYAN was born in 1988 in a family of artists. In 2009, he graduated from the philo­logical department at National Chenchi Daxue (Taiwan); in 2010 he graduated from the Institute of Asian and African countries of Lomonosov Moscow State University, diplomatic relations; in 2012, he graduated from the documentary department of VGIK; in 2012, he attended the Moscow College of Improvisational Music; in 2019, he graduated from the Moscow School of New Cinema. His filmography also includes “On the Hills of Georgia” (2016, short), “By All Means” (2017), “Drink With Me...” (2017, short), “Open Your Mouth” (2020, short), “Hook” (2021, series), “Anonymous” (2022, doc.), “Between the Lines” (2022-2023, series), etc.
