BLOOD TYPE

MAKSIM BRIUS was born in 1968 into a military family in the village of Zvezdny, Perm region, USSR. In 1969, the family returned to Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). He studied at the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute, the Academy of Culture, and the Television School established by Channel 5. He produced reports for Channel 5 and later created his own programs for various Russian TV channels. In 2008, he started making films. His first serious directorial work was the series "Foundry 4". His filmography also includes the TV series "Alien District" (2011–2013), "Kupchino" (2018), "The Defendant" (2018), and "Team One" (2020–2026), as well as the films "Magician" (2009), "Shugaley 2" (2020), "Hotsunlight" (2021), and many other projects.
