MENG ZHONGHUA was born in 1957. He is Vice President of the Opera Film Committee of the China Film Association, Artistic Director and National First-Class Art Designer of the Tianjin Pingju Bai School Opera Troupe, Visiting Professor at Tianjin Art Vocational College, and Artistic Consultant for the Tianjin Northern Performing Arts Group. He has contributed to numerous television and film productions that have earned national and provincial-level awards.
