WILD FLOWER GARLAND

UDAYRAJ P J grew up in Chennai. He was trained in film­making from the National Institute of Design. His graduation film dealt with folk narratives and myths of the Tulu Region. After pursuing film and video jobs over the next decade as an assistant director, editor and producer, he formed a team of film practitioners/educators to make “Wild Flower Garland” taking forward found stories from personal settings and rendering it in a folk form. He currently teaches writing and direction at the Srishti Manipal Institute at Bengaluru. His filmography also includes short “Pollena Kathe” (2008).
