ROMAN MIKHAILOV was born in 1978. Mathematician, writer, director. Author of more than 70 scientific articles, 7 films, 7 books and more than 10 stage plays. Winner of the Andrei Bely award. A play adapted from his prose, won the Golden Mask Award. His movie “A Tale for the Old” (2022) won the main prize at the “Spirit of Fire” international debut film festival, while “Heritage” (2023) was awarded the Grand-Prix of Gorky Fest. His filmography also includes “Snow, Sister and Wolverine” (2022), “A Holiday in October” (2023, “Let’s Go to Macao” (2023), “Firebird” (in production).
