EUGENE TELEGIN

VIKTOR TIKHOMIROV was born in 1951. Artist, writer, director, one of the founders of the informal creative group “Mitki”, participant in many exhibitions in Russia and abroad. In 2008 his personal exhibition was held in the State Russian Museum. 1992 saw the release of his feature debut “Grass and Water”. All in all he made 14 documentaries and 3 features. He also illustrates books including his own. For more than 10 years he cooperated with the newspaper “Delovoy Peterburg” drawing comical pictures on topical themes. Winner of the Tsarskoselskaya Art Award, of the Silver Medal at the scripts competition “Ex libris”, multiple prizewinner of film festivals.
