MAN AND WOMAN

VLADIMIR KOTT was born in Moscow in 1973. Graduated from the department of directing at GITIS (class of B.G.Golubovsky) and the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters ad Directors (class of V.I.Khotinenko). Directed plays at local theatres, the Tver Theatre for Young Audience, the Novgorod Dostoevsky Drama theatre and others. Was second unit director on A.Kott’s movie “Two Drivers” (1999). At present teaches at VGIK. His filmography includes “The Fly” (2008), “Gromozeka” (2011), “Pyotr Leschenko. Everything that Happened” (2013), “The Lower Depths” (2014), “Thawed Carp” (2017), “Champions” (2018), “End of the Film” (2021), “Disobedient” (2022).
