Brock Bodell is a life-long horror fan, spent his early filmmaking career in NYC editing commercials and feature films. In 2019 he wrote and directed his debut short film, festival darling, "Grief". Premiering at Fantastic Fest, film garnered a development deal with Intrepid Pictures and representation at Writ Large. While living in Berlin, he wrote "Hellcat", with the express goal of making a producible, low budget genre film with heart for his directorial feature debut.
