Grégory Morin leaves his native Berry region to pursue a film studies program in Paris at the Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français (CLCF). He then directs five genre short films with a quirky style and imbued with humor, embracing a fully campy tone: "Kontrat", "Antinome", "Belle ordure", "Dernier Cri" and "Paris by Night of the Living Dead". These shorts are selected and awarded at numerous French and international festivals, including Clermont-Ferrand, Tokyo, Toronto, Sitges, and others. They are broadcast on Canal+ and France Télévisions, and continue to be regularly programmed in special festival screenings and retrospectives.
