“Victory will be my gift to you” This is the promise that a 17-year-old volunteer soldier gives to a young hospital nurse, with whom he has fallen in love for the rest of his life

Many years later after a tragic accident the volunteer’s diary will end up in the hands of our protagonist. Reading those entries he starts to understand that there are very different dimensions to camaraderie, service to the Motherland, love and simple happiness. Now our protagonist is possessed by this story and this is the only way to fill the sudden inner emptiness.
