ÁLEX GALÁN is a film director, documentary maker and expedition guide. Born in a town in the Asturian mountains, he has traveled extensively through South America, Asia and Europe. For months he traveled through some of the coldest places in the world to film the life of the indigenous people of the ice. His first film “Savages”, a docu-western that narrates the conflict between shepherds and wolves, has become one of the most watched documentaries of the year in cinemas, achieving 6 nominations for the Goya awards. In “Territory” he continues to explore instincts and moral borders through cinema of the human being in its wildest state.
