As a vandal whom the system regards as useless, his anger is ever present. Caught in the act of stealing before a typhoon, Rat encounters betrayal from his peers and indifference from his family, and comes face to face with the fact that no one cares about him. He tries to take out his emotions on his partner, but his rickety home in the gale forces him to abort the violence.
