Popcorn seller Milan expels his son for participating in youth students protests
When the young man actually disappears in the striking Belgrade, the old man goes in search of him. So, through a series of strange encounters, Milan comes to rethink his whole life.
Andrey Krechetov was born in Tambov in 1994. In 2016, he graduated from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Mining Engineering and Geophysics. From 2017, he has been making films based on his own ideas and working as a film editor on both cinema and commercial projects. In 2022, he completed a three-year course in film directing under A.Sokurov at the St. Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television. His short film "House We Had" (2023) won Best Short Film award at the Shanghai IFF. Documentary "Rembrandt. Dedication LK 15:11-32" (2024) won award for best documentary film at the Lendoc Film Festival.
