In Cold War-era Romania, two Securitate officers intercept a letter from former US president Richard Nixon to Nicolae Ceaușescu. The contents of the letter? A proposal for a joint covert arrangement to finance Saddam Hussein and the army of Iraq. To top it all off, the CIA are on their way for an unofficial visit. With 48 hours to go, the clock is ticking.
