SNAKE

Holds a PHD in Film Studies from the University of Cape Town. Prior to ma-king “Snake”, she has directed three multi award-winning feature films, “Atlantis” (2021), “Kaalgat Karel” (2020) and “Tess” (2016), and co-directed a documentary feature “1994: The Bloody Miracle” (2014) together with Bert Haitsma. She is committed to telling authentic local stories across different genres, and is passionate about skills transfer, regularly training young filmmakers.
