THE COWARD

When his car breaks down unexpectedly, he is taken in by Bimal, a wealthy tea plantation owner. At him house, Amitabha is surprised to find that his benefactor’s wife, Karuna, is the woman he had been in love with years before, and lost because of his own indecisiveness. The more he learns about Bimal, the more Amitabha realises that the marriage cannot have been a happy one for Karuna. Amitabha seeks an opportunity to tell Karuna that he has now the courage to take her away from her husband and thereby atone for his betrayal. But will she leave her husband and go out with Amitabha?..
