DR BIJUKUMAR DAMODARAN is a three time India’s national award winning filmmaker. He is considered one of the most important contemporary voices in Indian cinema. His first film “Saira” screened in Cannes IFF in 2007 under “Cinema of the World” section. His film “Trees Under the Sun” premiered at Shanghai IFF 2019 and won Outstanding Artistic Achievement award. His filmograhy also includes “Raman” (2008), “The Way Home” (2010), “Color of Sky” (2012), “Names Unknown” (2013), “Birds With Large Wings” (2015), “When The Woods Bloom” (2016), “Sound of Silence” (2017), “Painting Life” (2018), “House of Orange Trees” (2020).
